Customer Service Representative
Permanent - 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Up to £17,500 per annum

Diligenta is seeking Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, to join their Contact Centre team in Bristol. Your role will be to answer in-bound calls and resolve customer enquiries relating to life and pensions policies.
Diligenta is a UK-based FCA regulated subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and a leading provider of business process services for the life and pension industry, administering over 11 million policies on behalf of our clients. We deliver a wide range of services including Customer Services, IT and Change Management and providing an excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
About the role:
In this role you will use your customer service skills and experience to respond to customer enquiries on a daily basis, working as part of a team. If you don't already work in a life and pensions-related role, don't worry, full training will be provided to develop your skills and knowledge and we will provide you with great opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will have:
- GCSE Grade C or above to include Maths and English (or equivalent)
- A strong customer focus with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of team with a flexible approach
- The ability to apply product & systems knowledge across a wide range of queries
