Have you always wanted to work for some of the world's most prestigious insurance companies? Our client, a leader of business process services for the Life & Pensions (L&P) industry, are looking for a Commercial and Relationship Support Coordinator to join their Commercial team in Edinburgh.
The role will ensure the application and delivery of rigorous and effective contract management and governance policy and process to meet SLA's and deliverables attributable to the operations, services and governance within the agreement.
Key Accountabilities* Get to work for some of the largest globally recognised names in the Life & Pensions industry;* Coordination and control of client contract governance, client support and reporting requirements, ensuring all SLA's are met for all aspects of contract management* Maintain a fully operable formal client and management relationship reporting framework* Manage directly/indirectly service and governance meetings, forums and steering group reviews with relevant client stakeholders to ensure rigour and discipline is applied to all client relationship governance meetings and reporting* Establish and maintain key high-level report, agendas, minutes for all governance meetings and forums to give oversight of the agreement* Manage and develop an obligations database* Gain and develop understanding of the key aspects of the agreement
About You* Experience of working in a Client Contract and commercially focussed environment with strong commercial skills evidenced through 2 years' experience* Knowledge of outsourcing market and industry trends* Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with senior management, stakeholders and colleagues* Ability to quickly comprehend complex business processes and issues.* Flexible approach to work/activities to ensure deliverables are met* Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks* Flexible approach to work/activities to ensure that deliverables are met* Calm and measured when dealing with difficulties, problems and challenges
