Resource Planning Analyst

Reading or Craigforth Up to £35,000Starting ASAPMy client is looking for a confident and knowledgeable Resource Planning Analyst to secure robust planning models and identify improvement opportunities and track benefit deliveries to support our skilled operations team. It is an exciting time to be joining my client and this role is crucial to supporting our rapid growth. As such, you will have the flexibility to be based in either our Reading or Craigforth office.You will be able to make a huge impact as our Resource Planning Analyst, as you put your own unique stamp on the role and be truly autonomous through owning responsibilities for the delivery of front and back office planning, whilst providing actionable performance MI, insight and recommendations as a result of your strong analytical skills, or ideally, from previous experience in a similar role.Your Role With Us:* Reporting to Head of MI & Planning;* Delivering short, medium and long-term plans for front and back office operations;* Making and driving recommendations on best use of operational resource;* Leading formal interactions/meetings with Operations against our Ops Management Framework;* Contributing to and sharing best practices with our wider planning community;* Develop, motivate and inspire your direct reports so as to shape a centralised team;* Responsible for telephony routing liaison and controls between Operations and telephony engineers.What We're Looking For:* Previous experience in a similar role, or knowledge of planning technologies would be an advantage* Degree-level holder with relevant industry related qualifications (i.e. ACII)* Outstanding analytical and numeracy skills to transform large amounts of information into meaningful insights and providing supporting recommendations* Fantastic interpersonal and management skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels * A focus on driving quality, delivery and improvement * Great verbal and written communication skills* Great ability to design and develop reports with visual impact* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy* Great organisational, planning and time management skills* Committed team player with the ability to coach and promote teamwork
