This Award Winning Company based in Peterborough are looking for customer service professionals to become part of an ever-growing advisory team, handling calls regarding customer's workplace pension enrolments and to assist with on-line web enquiries to start on Monday 13th November 2017.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers and managing inbound queries in relation to their pension policies.

- Salary up to £18,500 per annuly (depending on experience) + OTE - 23 days holidays + Bank Holidays - Weekend shift allowance - £3 Daily lunch allowance - Performance based bonus - Contributory pension - Free on-site parking - Full and comprehensive training The successful candidate will have: - GCSEs or equivalent - A-C grades including Maths and English - Excellent communication skills - Confident, professional telephone manner - Customer services experience The department is open 7 days a week. Therefore, you will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota between the hours of 8am - 8pm. You will also be required to work 1 full weekend out of every 4.
