Customer Service Advisor, Salisbury, Permanent, salary up to £17,500, 35 Hours per week, start date of 12th February 2018.
My client are one of the largest and most respected business process service providers to the UK Life and Pensions industry. Due to growth in the business they are now seeking a number of passionate Customer Services Representatives with excellent communication skills to respond to inbound customer telephone enquiries.
You will be responsible for responding to queries from customers and financial advisers regarding life insurance and pension policies via telephone and email channels. The role will also involve you to carry out administrative duties including: recording client conversation, updating systems and carrying out simple calculations.
The successful candidate will have:
