We are looking for Inbound Customer Advisors to work in a large call centre in Reigate and Redhill for a leading global insurance brokerage company with over 40000 employees, operating in 140 countries. The role is handling inbound calls from customers who require assistance and dealing with their query in a prompt and professional manner.

As a customer advisor you would be expected to provide the highest level of customer service while investigating and resolving the customer's query.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

What will I be doing?

  • You will be mainly taking inbound telephone calls relating to a variety of pensions schemes
  • You will be required to answer queries via email and be asked to provide support to the administration and customer service team
  • Providing an efficient and professional service to all client/member's needs, helping to promote the business brand
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to every customer in every situation.
  • Other duties as requested by your line manager. Confidential handling of customer details ensuring Data Protection is maintained.
  • Actively support and assist colleagues to enhance the performance of the team by providing assistance to new and existing staff.
