Do you enjoy talking to customers? Are you passionate about delivering a high quality customer service? Are you looking for a part time role? If so, we have the perfect job for you!
We are excited to be looking for a number of friendly individuals to work as Complaints Handlers at a leading provider of business process services to the UK Life and Pensions Industry based in Liverpool.
We need individuals who can demonstrate a flexible, positive attitude and who enjoy helping others. You should be able to display clear and concise communication skills and have complaints handling experience. With full training provided, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic financial services organisation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Maths and English at grade A-C
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate confidence in both problem solving and decision making
- A natural affinity to helping others
- Customer service experience and managing complaints
- 23 days holidays + Bank Holidays
- Contributory pension
- Full and comprehensive training
- Performance related bonus
The role is a 20 hour week - working hours: Mon-Fri 4.00pm-8.00pm. You will also be required to work 1 Saturday out of every 4.
