Customer Service Advisor
£9.19 per hour
Hours per week - 36.25, working on a rota between 8am-8pm.
Temporary, initial contract 3 months

As a member of one of our inbound teams you will be responsible for an integral part of the AA Membership Journey. Your role will be to provide honest and expert customer service ensuring the right outcome for our members and providing a memorable experience by establishing our new and existing member's individual needs. You will be providing honest and expert customer service to ensure the right outcome for the member - and will work within your team and the wider department to provide solutions for members, making sure that everything we do puts the customer first.
Experience in a contact centre would be useful, but more important is your determination, your ability to build rapport and deliver world class customer service. In addition, you should also possess: * A great telephone manner and a can do attitude * Skills and ability to share your knowledge with others * Passion for doing the right thing * Enthusiasm and commitment to providing world class customer service to our members * Fantastic ability to work as part of a team * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
