Forensic Accounting Analyst

Forensic Accounting Analyst, Central London, 2 month contract - extension possible, £150 - £200 p/day

We are recruiting for an Forensic Accounting Analyst on behalf of an international metal and mining company based at their Central London offices. The role is offered on a 2 month contract, however, there is a possibility that the contract will be extended. This role will suit a part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with relevant investigation and / or Legal experience including legal services, law enforcement, military, government, corporate and / or consulting environments.

The purpose of the role is to conduct investigations / forensic accounting and be responsible for supporting enquiries into allegations, concerns of wrongdoing and assisting with case management, factual investigation, document review and eDiscovery.

Other responsibilities include:

• Assist the Group Investigations team members with investigations into possible violations of policies and relevant local and international laws
• Conduct analysis of large, complex data sets, identifying key information
• Assist preparing factual and evidential written reports to support findings

This role will suit someone with strong listening and communication skills. Also strong written skills are required to summarise complex matters.
