Do you have a passion for helping people? Are you an excellent and professional communicator? If so, we have an exciting opportunity at the moment to join one of the largest motoring association companies as a Customer Service Advisor, and we'd love to hear from you if you're interested.
We're looking for a bright and dedicated Customer Service Advisor, to be based in Oldbury. You'll be working for a large motoring association company which provides a range of services including car insurance and breakdown cover and start dates are available ASAP.
In return for providing a great Customer Service, you'll receive an attractive hourly rate of £9.19 and full training and development will be provided. Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be dealing with inbound calls, speaking to new and existing customers to help resolve standard queries by telephone, in a prompt and accurate fashion
- You will be working in a contact centre environment dealing with member breakdowns and queries, interacting with different departments and often speaking with external business partners
- A range of ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required
Shift patterns are Monday to Friday (7.25 hours per day) between 8am - 8pm and Saturdays between 9am and 4.45pm. Sundays and one weekday off, working around 2-3 Saturdays per month.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be computer literate as well as have previous demonstrable experience in customer service. An ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure with great attention to detail is also important.
