Our client is a UK based FCA regulated organisation that specialises in the provision of business process services within the Life and Pensions industry and we are looking for a Complaints Handler to join our team in Craigforth, Stirling. You will work within our Complaints Team who are responsible for assisting our customers with their complaints.
Role of a Complaints Handler:
* Investigate and resolve service complaints * Process FOS cases in line with procedures and regulatory requirements. * Process customer and adviser appeals appropriately
* Identify opportunities to build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
As a Complaints Handler you will: * Have grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths * Previous experience of working within a complaints or regulatory banking role is essential * Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Good attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
Job Specifics: * Up to £22,000 per annum * 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
* 23 days holiday (pro rata for FTC) and 8 bank holidays * 6 month FTC
