Our busy contact centre is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors/Admin on a Permanent basis in Basingstoke. We are paying up to £18 000 a year + excellent benefits. You will be the face of the company working for such a prestigious financial organisation and you will be the first point of contact for our customers, the role will involve you responding to pension enrolment queries, and you will learn specific product knowledge through training to assist callers with their questions. Full training is provided and no previous Financial Service experience is required, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a flexible, positive attitude and who enjoy helping others. As the role is primarily telephone based, you will need to display clear and concise communication skills and the ability to build relationships with your customers and colleagues.
