Senior Complaints Investigator, Bristol, Permanent, 35hrs p/w, £20,500-£25,000

Our client is a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services to the UK Life and Pensions industry. We are excited to be looking for a number of customer service professionals to become part of our ever-growing organisation based in Bristol. You will be responsible for resolving all complaints in a timely, effective manner. The role will involve you investigating the complaint thoroughly finding the right resolution for our customers and restoring their faith in our company
