Our client is a UK based FCA regulated organisation that specialises in the provision of business process services within the Life and Pensions industry. If you are passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service, enjoy being part of a team and have strong communication skills then we would love to hear from you!

We are excited to be looking for Customer Service Administrators for either a 6 month Fixed Term Contract or permanent position to join our team in Craigforth. You will work within our Customer Services Back Office team where you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers by efficiently and confidently managing written requests. Full training will be provided.

In return you will receive:

  • Competitive salary of £17,200 + bonus and benefits

The available start dates are 21st of January and 4th of February, we also have a selection of different Interview dates and times.

The role is either a 6 month Fixed Term Contact or a permanent position on a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday.
