We are seeking well-organised and dedicated Mail room clerks/Administrators to join a friendly team based in Lynch Wood, Peterborough within the Life and Pensions division of our client, who is a highly reputable Financial Services Company. This role, based in Lynch Wood, Peterborough, will require the candidate to take ownership, responsibility and accountability for processing Customer Service requests and providing efficient and good quality customer service. Duties will include (but not limited to)
- To work as part of a team to ensure all service levels are achieved
- To process & return all documentation received as evidence of identity
- To process customer service requests
- To provide admin support to the wider customer services teams
- To monitor emails received and respond according to process
- To provide efficient and good quality Customer Service
You must have the following skills and or experience listed on your CV to progress through to the next stage: - G.C.S.E. (or equivalent) graded A-C in Maths and English - Administrative experience - Ability to handle confidential customer data - Experience of decision-making and problem-solving (desirable) - Previous Customer Service exposure
