Customer Service Representative, Liverpool, Permanent, Salary £18,720 My client is one of the largest and most respected business process service providers to the UK Life and Pensions industry. Due to growth in the business, they are seeking a number of passionate Customer Services Representatives with excellent communication skills to respond to inbound customer telephone enquiries.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for responding to queries from customers and financial advisers regarding life insurance and pension policies via telephone and email channels. The role will also involve you to carry out additional duties including: recording client conversation, updating systems and carrying out simple calculations.

This is an exciting role for a confident customer service professional to join a growing company at an exciting time in their evolution. You will be working with a welcoming, friendly team of like-minded individuals who are equally passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A-C grades including Maths and English (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • Customer service/Admin experience
