We have a high volume of customer service jobs starting on 23rd April. No 2 calls will be the same in this busy role from taking calls from existing customers about emergency breakdown cover to answering questions from a potential new customer. No matter what the call is about your expert customer care and communication skills will need to shine through. With training and development throughout the assignment you will be ready for any call!
Now for the nitty gritty! Working Monday to Friday 8am - 8.15pm (7.25 hours) and only 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5.15 pm, you will never work a Sunday in this role!
