The role will be based in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear.

The role

Are you highly organised? Are you committed to leading and supporting a team to improve the lives of children? This could be the role for you, as Administration Team Leader you will line manage other administrators while supporting the smooth day to day running of the homes. This is a fast-paced managerial role with a high level of financial reporting involved.

  • By providing a first-class administrative service to colleagues and young people.
  • By recording accurate information and ensuring contract data is maintained and distributed.
  • By leading a team yet having the ability to work on your own initiative as required.You'll need:
  • The person
  • Ideally, but not essential, people management experience
  • Experience of monitoring income and expenditure budgets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Health and safety risk assessment experience would be advantageous
  • A high level of motivation and a flexible approach, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage changing priorities at short notice.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality, understand safeguarding responsibilities and act with discretion.
