Our client, a large international and world leading company in automotive pollution control sector seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the growing HR team in Royston, Herts. You will be responsible for building a candidate pipeline and hiring employees across a variety of departments at executive level. Due to the secure nature of the site you will need to provide five years of work references and undertake a credit check.

Skills and Experience: Solid recruitment experience gained from both an in-house and RPO/ MSP environment, ideally gained within the Engineering industry and executive level.Ownership of the recruitment process Experience in market mapping and building long term relationships Experience implementing a range of attraction methodologies, especially direct sourcing solutionsManagement of end to end recruitment process across a range of departments and job grades.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Confidence and aptitude to develop strong internal relationships at all levels.Ability to provide an excellent candidate experience.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Excellent organisational skills.Degree qualified, or equivalent, in a relevant subject and ideally be CIPD qualified.
