Our client is a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services to the UK Life and Pensions industry.
We are excited to be looking for Customer Service professionals to become part of our ever-growing organisation based in Peterborough. You will be the face of the company working for a prestigious financial organisation and you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. The role will involve you responding to Pension and Life queries and you will learn specific product knowledge through training to assist callers with their questions.
Full training is provided and no previous Financial Service experience is required, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a flexible, positive attitude and who enjoy helping others. As the role is primarily telephone based, you will need to display clear and concise communication skills and the ability to build relationships with your customers and colleagues.

The role is a 40 hour week on a shift rota basis Monday to Friday.
