Action for Children have an exciting new opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Officer to join their HR Team on a 12 month fixed term contract (subject to extension to Permanent following a successful 12 months).
This opportunity offers flexibility and remote working, we just require you to be within commuting distance to Watford.

A HR background is essential for this role with knowledge of employment Law, HR policy and Process and you will have great analytical and IT skills and of course will be organised with a great attention to detail. We don't require you to have a background from a voluntary organisation, but it would be beneficial if you've previously worked at larger organisations.
We will require you to lead the review and development of HR Policies to ensure they are compliant and fit for purpose. You will be able to build strong relationships and work closely with other teams to implement new policy/process and system changes and deliver training on new process/policy. You will be comfortable in carrying out effective research and analysis from a variety of sources, including liaising with benchmark organisations.
