To measure and evaluate sales results and product access for Sandoz primary and specialty business unit brands in the UK market, through analysis and interpretation of all data sources. To contribute to the tactical implementation of new product launches across the business units in the UK.
Responsibility for the development and maintenance of sales reports by KAM, CCGs and hospitals.
Responsibility for gathering/maintaining competitor intelligence around sales force deployment.
Contribute and manage data for account segmentation and customer targeting processes.
Maintenance of CRM system including data extraction and monitoring KAM standards.
Maintain current and develop new reports for Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) reporting.
Reporting on sales achievement across the Primary Care and Specialty Business Units.
Cross-functional working, marketing/medical/HR/retail teams - to share best practice
Contributing to cross functional launch strategy meetings

We are looking for an individual who can meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Life Sciences or Business
- Very proficient in using MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of IT system "Tableau" or "Qlik Sense" is an advantage.
- Business focused and comfortable working with complex data
- Knowledge of CRM and Marketing a distinct advantage
- Willingness to work with cross functional teams
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ambitious and looking to develop quickly in a high-profile environment
