Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, this role works collaboratively with the HR Services Advisors and one other HR Assistant to provide timely and effective HR admin support to staff and Line Managers.
- Work with HR Service Advisors to ensure delivery of effective and efficient HR transactional services including:
- Offers and onboarding including the completion of pre-employment security checks and occupational health paperwork, monitoring probationary periods
- Process employee requests for company benefit schemes
- Leavers and offboarding processes
- Process reference requests, visa support letters and changes to terms and conditions
- Maintaining starters and leavers lists
- Daily management and clearance of HR Services inbox, ensuring responses are sent within agreed Service Level Agreements timescales, respond to routine enquiries and escalate appropriately
- Monitor if Health Capability triggers have been hit and escalate appropriately
- Updating HR systems and trackers, ensuring data integrity
- Assist the team with loading onto the HR system including short term sickness, special leave, paternity & parental leave
- Assist the HR Service Advisors with conducting exit interviews, delivery of HR inductions and minute taking for HR cases
- Maintenance and updating of the admin process manual, supporting HR services process flowcharts and HR templates
- Maintaining and publishing documents on HR page
Ideal candidates -
- Experience of working in a busy HR administration role
- fast pace environment within a large organisation
Ideally candiates will be Part CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
