HR MI Analyst - Royston, Herts - 3 month contract - £36,000-£43,000 per annum (Pro-Rata)

A vacancy has arisen to work with our client, a global, industry leading manufacturer of various chemical based products. The client seeks an experienced HR MI Analyst to work on a 3 month project within the HR team.

In this role you will review the current HR reporting practices, gaining an understanding of stakeholder requirements, proposing and implementing new ways of reporting as well as developing Management Information which truly adds value.

Key Objectives:

  • Make improvements to current HR reporting methods including but not limited to; Reports to Senior HR Stakeholders, Headcount, and Forecasts ensuring accurate data which is collated in a simply, and easy to understand fashion.
  • Develop a way of presenting HR KPIs on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual basis.
  • Creation of a User Guide, explaining how the data is manipulated, and how the MI output is produced.
  • Train HR on how to generate the above so that HR can continue this in the future.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar type of role where you will have ideally reviewed current HR reporting techniques as well as implementing new ways of reporting in line with stakeholder requirements.
  • Carrying out project work, and experience in working with complex systems based work to resolve issues.
  • Ability to manipulate data, and a high level of Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have a process/systems way of thinking.
  • Methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Able to work on one's own initiative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
