Are you an experienced in dealing with Public Disorder? Are you passionate about supporting the community?
If so, Guidant are currently supporting one of our Housing Association clients, based in Lewisham, with an exciting opportunity for an ASB Officer to tackle a range of ASB casework, undertaking investigations, accurately record and maintaining case details.
As a key part of the Residential Services team, you will be responsible for managing Anti-Social Behaviour cases to a professional level, with this role specifically covering the North London and Peterborough area.
Risk-assess victims of ASB and implement appropriate case management plans, making referrals where necessary. The ability to Work proactively to keep customers and other stakeholders informed about the progress of cases, providing timely and accurate responses to all enquiries, will also be a key factor to success in this post.
You be considered for this post, you will need to meet some key criteria:
- Up to date knowledge and awareness of ASB service/housing legislation is essential, with experience of multi-agency working a key desirable
- Excellent communication and listening skills - tolerance and empathy, attentiveness, use of positive language and ability to build relationship
- Work effectively within a team and have the ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
