As a British Airways Customer Services Representative at Heathrow, you'll be delivering a world-class customer service in a 24/7 energetic, ever-changing and fast-paced operational environment. As such you'll need to be flexible and available to work a wide variety of shift patterns. Working patterns for two of our key Customer Service roles are outlined below:
Part Time Customer Service Representative:
As one of our part time employees, you’ll need to be flexible, working a variety of shift patterns and 21.8 hours per week on a permanent basis.
Seasonal Customer Service Representative:
As one of our Seasonal employees you’ll need to be flexible, working a variety of shift patterns and 834 hours over the course of the year. Due to the short but intense time-frames involved, this role is especially well-suited to students or those available to work full-time during peak travel weeks of the year such as Christmas or the school holidays. This is also a permanent role.
